  • A life coach helps you define what you want to achieve in your life that is different from where you are now. It’s about looking forward and not back. Life coaches give you tools and assignments to assist you in finding the self-insight and skills necessary to meet your goals.

  • The focus of the work is different. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

  • Life coaching can be a catalyst to set yourself clear goals, work out how to achieve them, and go after them.

    It isn't some sort of miracle cure for everything you don't like about your life, but it can help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

  • Each coaching session with me lasts 1 hour. You can sign up for as many sessions as you like. I don’t have packages with a required number of sessions. I let you decide what you need.

  • I offer virtual coaching sessions by video call. I find this to be more flexible for most clients.

    If you are in the Denver, CO area, we can conduct sessions in person if that is your preference. We can make arrangements on our first consultation call.

  • I keep things very simple and flexible. I offer a $99 per hour flat rate per session. You can sign up for a single session or multiple sessions on my Services page here.

  • There are no minimums. I don’t offer packages that pigeon-hole you into a required number of sessions.

    You can sign up for 1 session or multiples as you need. You decide.

  • I keep all conversations confidential. I value your privacy. The very nature of the coaching sessions in a one on one setting ensure whatever is spoken about there, stays there.

  • Sometimes things happen and appointments need to be changed which is understandable.

    I require 24 hour notice of a cancellation. I will have to charge you for the session if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
